Phil Harris elected for Bookham South

Phil Harris
On May 6th, Liberal Democrat Phil Harris was elected as District Councillor for Bookham South. Phil joins existing Lib Dem councillors Anne Howarth and Andrew Freeman in the team representing Bookham South
Phil has lived most of his life in Bookham and is committed to the village. Having previously run his own business, he has now retired and wants to devote his time to serving the people here. He will use his business experience to help ensure services are delivered cost-effectively.
