Local Government Reform in Surrey

Following a request from the Conservative Leader at Surrey County Council, the Government has placed Surrey on a fast-track for Local Government Reform. 

This has led to the cancellation of the elections due in May 2025 and will lead to the creation of Unitary Councils, replacing the County Council and the 11 current District and Borough Councils in Surrey.
