GP Service now in safe hands

Lib Dems worked to save Fetcham’s Molebridge Practice.
Local residents were relieved to hear that the Molebridge GP Practice is in safe hands for the future. After Aspire Medical Health decided to end its contract, Surrey Heartlands Integrated Care Board (ICB) has made a new arrangement with two of the current GPs, Dr. Eleni Mantzari and Dr. Anna Barham, to take over the contract.
Fetcham councillor Caroline Joseph said, "This is great news for local people who rely on this important service. A big thank you to everyone who supported our campaign to protect our GP surgeries. Our focus now is to work with the new GP partners, Surrey Heartlands, and local residents and patient groups to ensure that the Molebridge Practice can offer the best service possible.”
Chris Coghlan, MP for Dorking & Horley, added, “I’m grateful to Surrey Heartlands for their quick action. And, I’m pleased to hear that Dr. Hilary Floyd, who is well-known and respected by the local community, will support the transition to the new GP team.”
Thank you also to the many residents who signed our petition.
